With a dagger buried in his abdomen, Clemente Arean, 56, sits on stair landing at 41 Kenmare St. and waits for death to claim him. It didn't but the cops did. Arean, once a mental patient, had shot and stabbed his wife to death before plunging the dagger into himself 25 times--to no avail. He'll live.
