Police in San Jose, CA take to bicycles in order to better patrol city streets in high crime areas. In addition to maintaining regular patrol duties (such as writing parking tickets), the five man bicycle team is charged with keeping a close watch on the city's prostitutes. Officer Bud Harrington tails a hooker in the downtown area, and then collars a wino.
