Jim Roxby, 35, Vietnam Veteran in '66-'67 in the U.S. Army First Cavalry Division was involved with the use of Agent Orange while clearing land for army bases. He has reoccurring health problems--extreme muscle and joint pain, 20% loss of movement in hands and arms. Roxby weighs 107 pounds. Although disabled, he gets no compensation from the VA.
