This young man was released only a week after his girlfriend stabbed him through the forehead with an 8-inch butcher's knife, with no complications. When brought into the center he was awake, alert and asking for dinner. Doctors agreed that he was a medical miracle and was not expected to live through the surgery required to remove the knife.
