Cash-in was just pushed out of her pimp's car onto Pike Street and is waiting for a 'date' to solicit her. Her pimp won't give her the drug fix she badly needs until she makes some money for the day. The panhandling family to her left beg for money from passing tourists enroute to the popular Pike Street Market and sometimes net $100 a day.
