Jim and Bill have the record for being in jail the most times of anyone in Des Moines. Sometimes we pick them up just for their own safety say some of the officers. This time Jim was arrested for an outstanding traffic warrant. 'I haven't driven a car in 2 years' he said smiling. I hate it when Jim's in jail said Bill. I always get real lonely. I don't like to be alone.
