Ann Evans kisses the coffin of her husband, Steve Evans, after his casket was carried to in a horse-drawn hearse to Forest Home Cemetery in Forest Park. Evans, 62 was the “King of the Gypsies” in Chicago--the patriarch of a Midwestern gypsy clan.
