A Brother's Loss

Police lead Matthew Armstrong away from the scene where his brother, Larry, drowned in the Allegheny River. Both brothers were drinking on a summer afternoon and attempted to swim. Police said that Larry had been wearing tennis shoes and that when filled with water, it can be very difficult to surface because of the weight.
