Caption/Description
Busing black children in 1954 became the fire that burned the homes of those seeking integration. Thurgood Marshall argued this and other such cases summarily as Brown vs. The Board of Education to the Supreme Court, 'ending' segregation. Today, conditions are better, but still not equal.
