Shkerullha, 6, in the malnutrition ward at the Indira Ghandi Children's Hospital in Kabul. Hunger and malnutrition is one of the leading causes of death among children in Afghanistan after 20 years of war and years of drought. Shkerullha's mother is a widow who's husband was killed while fighting against the Taliban five years ago.
