Fireman Michael Maye, former golden gloves heavy champ, vainly tries to revive Cynthia Alvardo, 2 months, after she was overcome by smoke in fire. A brother Carlos, 2, also died in the blaze. Fire marshals arrested another tenant for ting two other fires.
