As long as the Minnesota Vikings have been playing football in the twin cities, tailgating has been popular with the fans of the football team. Starting early in the morning equipped with winter clothing, mounds of food and an endless supply of booze, the fans pass the time until the game. After tailgating a few of the fans don't get to see the game.
