Another victory for women's lib. Linda McCarthy stands on a sidewalk enjoying the warm sun upon her bare chest. She's not out to prove a point or draw attention. She's just taking advantage of a Lane County Oregon ordinance which states that it is legal for women to walk around topless, or else it would be discriminatory since men can.
